Where we ship
We ship across Canada. We do not ship outside Canada at this time.
How we ship
Key blanks are small and flat, so we send most orders by a light tracked packet or letter-mail service. Larger or multi-pack orders may go by tracked parcel. We choose the carrier and method that fits your order and show it at checkout.
Cost
- Ontario: flat rate shown at checkout (about $3–$4 for a small order).
- Rest of Canada: flat rate shown at checkout (about $5–$7).
- Free shipping on orders over $75.
- Local pickup: free.
You see the exact shipping cost before you pay. Rates may change; the rate shown at checkout is the one you pay.
How long it takes
- We usually ship within 1–2 business days.
- Letter-mail and light packets take about 3–9 business days to arrive, depending on where you are.
- We show a delivery date or window at checkout. If we cannot meet it, we contact you and you may wait or cancel for a refund.
Tracking
Some low-cost options have little or no tracking. If you want full tracking, choose the tracked option at checkout. We are not able to trace a no-tracking letter-mail item once it is mailed.
Local pickup
Pick up free at 1450 Clark Ave W, Unit 11, Thornhill, ON L4J 7R5. We email you when your order is ready. Bring your order number and, for restricted keys, your proof of ownership.
