Please check the code on your key before you order. Our return rules are simple and are shown before you pay.
What can be returned
- Sealed, unopened packs only, within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
- You must get a return number from us first ((365) 362-5870 · fobstoronto@gmail.com). Returns sent without a return number are not accepted.
- You pay the return postage. Original shipping is not refunded.
- Returned 50-packs and 250-packs carry a 15% restocking fee.
Final sale (cannot be returned)
- Single keys
- Opened packs
- Keys that have been cut
- Restricted, do-not-duplicate and high-security keys
- Clearance items
Our mistake? We fix it free
If we sent the wrong blank, or a blank arrives damaged or short, tell us within 7 days. We replace it free, including postage.
Refunds
Accepted returns are refunded to your original payment method within 15 days. We may refuse returns from accounts with a repeated pattern of returns.
Your legal rights
These rules are in addition to your rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act. Nothing here takes those rights away.
